Andy’s Kitchen

Andy’s Kitchen is a returning vendor to the Christkindl Market this year. Among the products he’ll be offering, are speck, bacon, dumplings and elk sausages, among others.

 


Björn’s Colorado Honey and Bee Care Natura

Björns Colorado Honey is formed by a small batch honey producers based in Boulder, Colorado. They are participating for the first time in the Christkindl Market 2016. In their booth, you’ll find delicious bee honey, along with high quality European bee-based skin and oral care products.

Bob’s Roasted Nuts

Located in Castle Rock, Colorado, Bob’s Roasted Almonds, established in 2011, returns for the 2016 edition of the Christkindl Market. In this booth, you will find delicious almonds, pecans, peanuts, cashews & sunflower seeds. All prepared in a water-sugar-cinnamon-vanilla solution; there is no oil and no butter used in the process. There will be also, roasted almonds in a few more popular flavors: coconut, Mexican hot chocolate & pumpkin spice.

Danish Pastries serves freshly baked Danishes, strudels, sweet and savory croissants, kringles, and other filled pastries and tarts. Their menu also includes hot coffee, hot chocolate, and cider. Pick up a hot beverage and pastry of your choice as you head into the office, over your lunch break, or as an after work sweet treat.

 


Gaby’s Soups and More

This is an American-German company founded in 2011, producing German and European soups, cakes and specialties. Many of their recipes come from their family and friends. The mission of Gaby’s Soups is to provide their customers with high quality, delicious food, and a pleasant eating experience. The produce used is fresh, mostly organic and whenever possible purchased locally. The meat is all natural without steroids, antibiotics and growth hormones.

Styria Bakery was founded in 2001 by Peter Kaiser, Native of Austria. Styria Bakery focuses on family and folk recipes from Austria to Colorado to tempt your senses. Among the specialties of this vendor are: authentic BAVARIAN SALT PRETZELS “the ones you get in Munich, Germany” (dip it into their delicious BEER CHEESE DIP), CINNAMON PRETZELSCHRISTMAS STOLLEN: German traditional dried fruit covered with lots of powdered sugar to keep the deliciousness locked in for you to enjoy for Thanksgiving and Christmas; authentic Viennese APPLE STRUDEL: paper thin dough filled with fresh apples and raisins. Add a tasty hot APPLE CIDER with all these wonderful items. They also offer a variety of new items this year: PRETZEL CROISSANTS filled with various savory and sweet ingredients, PRETZEL PIZZA, & CHOCOLATE COVERED SOFT PRETZELS drizzled with various wonderful flavors.

Our very own Chef Neuhold is an award winning, European-trained chef, and food savant! Originally from Austria, Chef Neuhold rose from a three-year apprenticeship at the Austrian Park Hotel in 1973, to cook virtually all over the world. Already at a young age, he learned from his mother how to make a Wienerschnitzel and Apfelstrudel – just two of the fine foods you can expect at our event.

Chef Neuhold’s biography includes work in some of the world’s most exciting places including Turkey’s Hotel Kumbaba, the Westin Chosun Hotel in South Korea, South Africa’s Queen’s Hotel and Pluecker International, a catering company in Basrah, Iraq. Chef Neuhold has prepared fine meals for a wide range of dignitaries including Pope John II, Queen Elizabeth, and former President Ronald Reagan – so why should you expect any less?
